“The new version of the game is absolutely alive and kicking,” developer Halloween Entertainment told Polygon in a statement.
“It has a number of great additions, and we’ve also made a lot of changes to the experience.
We think this is a great game to play.”
The team at Halloweed also mentioned the new game was developed with new technologies, and the new release has no DRM or in-app purchases.
“We really believe that this is the perfect time to show off some of the new features, to show that this game is truly the new version,” the statement said.
“The biggest thing is that this version has no in-game purchases, which is a huge step forward in the development of this game.”
Polygon reached out to Hallowekent for comment on the new update and will update this story with any comment received.
